WHAT IS THE FINAL FANTASY TCG & FRIENDS FESTIVAL?

A unique celebration of card games and board games with a Final Fantasy twist! A fun system, special guests, friendly staff and community gathering plus food & drinks in an exotic location! The perfect weekend to start or finish your holidays. 😉

WHAT WILL BE THE MAIN ACTIVITIES AT THE FESTIVAL?

Players will team up and embark on a quest to free FFTCG Producer Taro Kageyama from the corruption of the Lords of Chaos. Beginners are more than welcome as this is a cooperative effort and you will always be able to contribute to your team!
This epic quest will take the shape of a large tournament where teams will compete and also take part in side quests in order to earn special items to help along the way!
In addition to the main event, attendees can look forward to hanging out with members of the FFTCG development team, live panels and Q&A sessions, special announcements, spoilers and more!

WHERE/WHEN DOES THE FINAL FANTASY TCG & FRIENDS FESTIVAL TAKES PLACE?

The festival will take place in the iconic Navigation Pavilion in Seville Spain, with over 3,000 square meters of indoor/outdoor space to play!

WHAT ARE THE DATES & OPENING TIMES?

The festival will take place the weekend of 7th & 8th September 2019 and the doors will open from 11am to midnight on Saturday 7th and 11am to 5pm on Sunday 8th. Owners of the Gold ticket will be able to access the show from 10am on both days to meet our special guests and get their items signed!

WHAT IS THE FESTIVAL GOODIE PACK?

WHO ARE THE SPECIAL GUESTS?

We’re happy to announce that FINAL FANTASY Trading Card Game Chief Producer Taro Kageyama will be in attendance along with the three FFTCG Directors, Takeshi Arai, Masaya Yamaguchi and Kenji Watanabe, and we still have one special guest to unveil. This is the perfect opportunity for you to meet the fantastic team behind Final Fantasy TCG!

WHAT WILL THE PRIZING BE LIKE?

We are working on some exciting prizes for you but it is too soon to reveal everything! Just trust us you will want to attend with the content of the Goodie Pack alone. ^^

WILL THERE BE FOOD ON-SITE?

Yes, attendees will be available to purchase special meal coupons on-site. Food trucks will be there and ready to serve you with a selection of delicious food & drinks, as well some cocktails on Saturday evening!

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

Of course, you are free to bring your own food and soft drinks. Beer will also be available on-site for 18+ attendees only (you may be asked for a proof of ID).

CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE SILVER AND GOLD TICKETS?

The Silver ticket is for 1 person only, it includes access to the show during both days from 11am and the Festival Goodie Pack. The Gold ticket is for 3 persons and give each of those attendees early access to the show during both days from 10am, the Festival Goodie Pack, as well as 3 meal coupons! (Lunch on Saturday / Dinner on Saturday / Lunch on Sunday).

WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO IN SEVILLE?

In addition to the Festival, Seville has a lot to offer and is the perfect place to plan your late summer holiday with its iconic monuments and palaces, incredible food and stunning beaches at short driving distance (who knows, one of the item in the Goodie Pack may come in handy^^)! It is also very easy to travel in the city using the metro or buses. Please visit the Tourism Office Website for all the top bits!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order and get a full refund within 14 days of purchase (from the moment you have received your ticket by email). Please follow the below procedure:

As per the EU law, customers have 14 days from the confirmation of the purchase to cancel their order. Cancellation is allowed until the 25th of August 2019.

How to cancel: To cancel an order, you must let us know of your decision to cancel. You can do so by giving us any clear statement of your decision to cancel by sending us a cancellation notice in written form by an email to our contacts (flupo@atrilevents.com and info@atrilevents.com).  Please include details of your order to help us to identify it and we email you to confirm that we have received your cancellation.

HOW DO I RETRIEVE MY TICKET?

Please make sure to finalize your order once your payment has been authorized by clicking the “Continue” button at the bottom right of the transaction summary. You will then receive a message to your registered email address including your ticket. (If you cannot find the email please check your Spam/Junk folder as it may have landed there). Your ticket will be required to access the show, please ensure to bring it with you in printed or digital form.
